Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at BluePrint Kitchens, you will play a key role in bridging customer needs with our production team. This position involves a mix of design support, customer interaction, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. We're seeking someone who can upsell products and features effectively, with bonuses awarded for positive sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Create kitchen designs based on customer requirements using specialized software.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Read and interpret plans for production purposes.
Read and understand architectural drawings to inform design decisions.
Produce detailed cabinetry drawings and cutting lists for the production team.
Draft accurate quotations based on finalized designs.
Requirements
Willingness to learn designing software such as Mozaik (prior knowledge and experience will be highly appreciated).
High level of attention to detail with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
High-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to upsell products or services, with a sales-oriented mindset (bonuses will be awarded based on successful sales).
