Responsibilities

Navigate through MS Excel and Word proficiently to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate customer credit records, including data entry and filing

Use excellent communication skills to respond to customer inquiries, both over the phone and via email correspondence

Coordinate and communicate with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Make outbound calls to customers and receive inbound calls, documenting all communications in the system

Assist with the completion of various special projects within a database, demonstrating multi-tasking skills

Update customer account information in a proprietary system regularly

Stay motivated and extremely focused under tight time constraints

Be flexible with working hours, including potential weekend shifts

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Middle River, Maryland, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
