Providing administrative support for the Leasing Agent and Property Manager

Handling customer inquiries

Coordinate/schedule among vendors, tenants, and landlords with maintenance and repair work orders, ensuring timely and quality of each work

Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve customer and vendor issues proactively

Maintaining the prospective tenant database

Assisting in placing advertisements

Updating the company website with available rental properties

Forwarding weekly Rental Marketing Reports to clients

Managing office supplies inventory

Assisting the Property Manager with applicant courtesy calls

Entering management agreements/creating portfolios and properties

Attending and participating in-office meetings

Attending and participating in training sessions as directed by the Manager

Adhering to all procedures required in this role

Providing feedback for and participating in the continuous improvement of procedures and processes

occasionally drive to the property pick up/drop off the lockbox/signs, meet with vendors or take photos

Other duties as assigned
