Oversee daily administrative, operational, and financial tasks to keep a small business running smoothly. Requires strong organization, communication, and software skills. This role often blends executive assistant duties with operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Financial: Process purchase orders, order confirmations, invoices, along with some basic bookkeeping.
- Maintain databases.
- Track and follow up on open issues
- Ensure the facility is in order and is compliant with regulations.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication (written & verbal), and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks (or comparable system).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- An interest in learning and supporting new challenges.
- A strong, demonstrable track record.
Requirements:
- Associate or undergraduate degree; 5 years previous relevant work experience.
- A self-starter who is focused, reliable, flexible, and well-organized.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional presence that represents the company’s image positively.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
