Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Newark, New Jersey. In this role, you will be working in the housing industry, managing a growing number of housing applications and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.

Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of housing applications.
• Conduct rent calculations for various housing programs following established policies and regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries regarding applications, payments, and other concerns.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel and other software tools to maintain and update databases, and produce detailed reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient communication and streamlined processes.
