Assist with travel and event coordination including tradeshows and employee engagement activities
Expense and budget reporting
Responsible for facilities vendor management
Daily cash application & management of credit card activity
Responsible for employee time off management and communications
Filing and sending vendor invoices
Open and distribute mail
Purchasing office supplies and other requests as needed
Assist with accounting support where needed
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
