We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join us and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily administrative tasks

Handle incoming communications and correspondences

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Maintain and update records and databases incl. project documents and records

Support team members with various administrative needs

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Previous administrative experience is a plus
