Pointe-aux-Trembles East Montreal

31 hours/week Permanent On-Site Position Salary : $29 to $31 per hour

A leading union organization located in Pointe-aux-Trembles, in the east end of Montreal, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join its engaged team.

Salary: $29 to $31 per hour

Stable schedule of 31 hours per week:

▸ Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

▸ Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Enter data into internal software and Excel

Draft various administrative documents, including letters and correspondence

Format documents such as collective agreements, reports, notices, etc.

Qualifications

Excellent command of spoken and written French

Strong writing and editing skills

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
