As a Compensable Patient Administration Officer (CPAO) at Randstad Australia, you will be responsible for processing private patient admission paperwork, monitoring revenue department shared mailboxes, liaising with patients on the wards/ED, reviewing outstanding edit checks in the patient billing system, and helping to reduce our backlog of edit checks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in administration, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also possess demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to manage high work standards, meet key performance indicators, and possess strong computer skills.
