Location: Canning Vale
Working Hours: 38 hours per week
Length of Contract: Initial 2 month contract
Experience Required: Junior
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong networks of internal and external customers.
Generate monthly reports of the team’s work activities for analysis by the Team Lead.
Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards.
Assist and support the Inspection Services Team Leader and other staff as required.
Assisting with team with work planning, scheduling, investigation, assessment, and customer engagement.
Provide administrative support to the Inspection Services Team Leader.
Coordinate electronic booking system to effectively manage times, dates, locations and works required.
Experience / Qualifications
Certificate IV in Business Administration or administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills that supports the key interface between field staff and internal/external customers stakeholders.
Good written and communication skills.
Demonstrated advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft, SAP and Operations Support related suite of computing applications (such as Nexus, Grange).
Exceptional organisation skills particularly in relation to the planning and scheduling of field-based activities.
