Responsibilities

Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM

Handles phone calls and greets visitors as necessary

Places orders for parts requested by technicians

Works with other team members on purchasing tasks

Responds to client inquiries in a courteous and timely manner

Organizes paperwork related to scheduled preventive maintenance, including work orders, service histories, inspection reports, and audits

Partners with technicians to compile and prepare monthly reports

Coordinates service requests and manages scheduling or dispatch when needed

Keeps track of office supplies and reorders when stock is low

Arranges cost-effective shipping for packages

Adheres to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Ensures the office is kept tidy and well-organized

Takes on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Works with other departments to fulfill responsibilities and collaborate on tasks

Keeps open communication lines within the department and throughout the company

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Pomona, CA

Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM

Duration: Full-Time

Salary: $20/hr. - $30/hr. BOE

Job Duties:

• Handles phone calls and greets visitors as necessary.

• Places orders for parts requested by technicians.

• Works with other team members on purchasing tasks.

• Responds to client inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

• Organizes paperwork related to scheduled preventive maintenance, including work orders, service histories, inspection reports, and audits.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in office administration

• Medical terminology experience is a big plus!
