Job Description
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting teacher registration compliance by chasing up documents, checking qualifications, and keeping digital records accurate and up to date. You don’t need heaps of experience—but you do need to be reliable, organised, and ready to learn.
Duties:
Contacting teaching staff to collect qualification documents
Checking that documents meet regulatory standards
Uploading and maintaining records in digital systems (Chris21/iChris experience is a plus!)
Following up on missing info and upcoming expiry dates
Supporting audits and compliance reporting

Skills and Experience Required:
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
Comfortable working with databases and online systems
Confident communicator who follows up and follows through
A team player who handles confidential information professionally
Experience in admin or education is a bonus—but not a must
