Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities :

Respond to emails promptly and professionally.

Track and follow up on ongoing tasks and communications.

Monitor job progress and maintain clear communication.

Gather, organize, and manage photos for various projects or reports.

Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.

Maintain and organize digital and physical folders for easy document access.

Manage office supplies and handle incoming / outgoing mail.

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Support other general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Experience with invoicing software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Shift-US Shift

Salary- 20-22k(for 4 hours)
