Your Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate can be located anywhere in Canada but will need to work our core business hours in the Central Standard Time zone. The role requires occasional flexibility in the work schedule to provide coverage in other time zones, as required.
What You’ll Do
This position is pivotal in sustaining effective and efficient day-to-day business operations. You will perform a variety of administrative duties and data entry functions. You may assist with process improvement and utilize technology to create efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Execution & Coordination: organize client files, process reports, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate data entry, document control, and timely delivery of formatted documents.
Process Improvement & Strategic Support: Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks by proposing streamlined solutions, supporting automation initiatives, and standardizing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with Professional Services, Finance, and Business Development to integrate administrative functions seamlessly while providing client and internal support through effective communication and timely document delivery.
