Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Provide executive administrative support, assisting with project management and coordination
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents
Utilize QuickBooks for basic billing tasks as needed
Prepare documents using DocuSign for electronic signatures and approvals
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, copying, and scanning documents

Duties

Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Gmail, Adobe, and DocuSign is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
