Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties
Manage office tasks including data entry, clerical duties, and document preparation.
Provide exceptional customer support through phone systems and in-person interactions.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Support various projects by conducting research and compiling information as required.
Experience
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite, MS Office and QuickBooks.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
