Training Coordinator Administrative Coordinator

MUST:
4 years of administrative support background
Experience with training coordination or working for an association
Proficient with a LMS system or CRM database
Relationship management experience
Strong documentation skills
Experience responding to phone calls and emails
Register participants for trainings
Ability to coordinate logistics for training courses each week
Strong experience utilizing various databases
Ability to provide light technical assistance to instructor candidates on multiple systems and platforms including LMS system/CRM, Zoom, email and phone
Bachelor s Degree
DUTIES:
The duties of the Training Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as primary contact for the coordination of in-person and virtual events for Instructors
Create courses in an LMS, review applications, and register participants
Coordinate training logistics
Serve as the primary point of contact for Instructor candidates
Provide customer support to instructor training candidates and National Trainers
Provide technical assistance across system platforms including the LMS, Zoom, and CRM porta
Assist with general inquiries regarding becoming an instructor
Document and update training events in system
Assist with material shipments
Serve as a liaison to various departments with the administration, finance, and communication team around invoices, venues, and training promotion
