Duties
Coordinating shipping logistics, data entry, invoicing clients, dealing with returns and warranty claims with customers and suppliers.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
Provide excellent phone etiquette while answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize computer software effectively to manage data and streamline processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications relevant to office management.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
