Job Summary:
As a member of the Snow School Team you will report to the Senior Executive Assistant as well as other Snow School Leaders who oversee the entirety of all Snow School Programming.
During peak times be available for front line duties to support our programming in various areas.
Main focuses of the role:
Pre-season initiatives & organization.
To take the lead and be accountable for all ordering; operating supplies, Whistler Kids collateral, etc.
To oversee and produce the Snow School Newsletter.
Taking minutes for Snow School Manager Meetings
Capital budget: To be part of the process working with leaders to ensure this is on track for timing and overall spending.

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $26.61/hr

Job Responsibilities:
To work with the Whistler Kids Senior Manger to review monthly spends
Update, design and forward the Snow School Newsletter
Attend and organize meeting details; take minutes, assign tasks, update to-do lists and actions in Senior Manager and |Manager Meetings (weekly)
Assist in proof reading of all marketing and outgoing communication to our guests and staff
Be responsible for all the Whistler Kids collateral inventory throughout the season
Participate in VR LIFT courses; mandatory and non-mandatory
Organize, support and attend group meetings throughout the season for our staff; Fireside Chats etc.
To be the “records management” lead for the Snow School
To process and report daycare cheques for the Teddy Bear Daycare
To work with our sponsors (Nature Valley) to ensure smooth transition of equipment and needs of the Snow School
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be organized and be able to manage a variety of projects
Must work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be self-motivated
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be mature and well-groomed
Understanding of Whistler Blackcomb Products & Services and passionate towards the industry

Satisfactory criminal record check
Previous WB Snow School experience an asset
