Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is part time with potential to transition into a full time position. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks, reliable and have experience with bookkeeping processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assisting clients with their needs and acquiring the appropriate resources.
Answer phone calls and manage phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Professional communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous experience in energy services is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
