Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced PeopleSoft P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Functional Consultant with expertise in Coupa integration to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing the PeopleSoft P2P module while working closely with the business to ensure smooth integration between PeopleSoft and Coupa for end-to-end procurement and payment processes. This role involves working on system configuration, business process mapping, troubleshooting, and providing functional expertise to optimize procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and support of the PeopleSoft P2P module (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal) in alignment with business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and ensure system configurations meet organizational needs.
• Implement and support the integration of Coupa with PeopleSoft to streamline procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues between PeopleSoft and Coupa.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, and conduct user training and support for P2P processes.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including issue resolution, system enhancements, and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with business rules, procurement policies, and internal controls within the PeopleSoft and Coupa ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations and seamless integration across platforms.
Qualifications:
• Strong functional experience with PeopleSoft P2P modules (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal).
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft P2P with Coupa for procurement and invoicing processes.
• Solid understanding of both PeopleSoft and Coupa workflows, and ability to bridge the gap between them.
• Expertise in system configuration, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support for P2P systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred:
• PeopleSoft certification in relevant modules (e.g., Procurement, Accounts Payable).
• Coupa certification or strong familiarity with Coupa Procurement & Invoicing modules.
• Experience with large-scale PeopleSoft or Coupa implementations or upgrades.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
