Position Overview:
Precor Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant with some bookkeeping experience to support our growing property management operations. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and has experience handling both administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities.

You will play a key role in keeping our office organized and our financial records accurate while contributing to our mission of providing top-quality service to our property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
Coordinate service requests, track work orders, and liaise with contractors
Maintain tenant files and lease documents, both physical and digital
Prepare letters, notices, and general correspondence
Provide administrative support to the property management team
Bookkeeping:

Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with budgeting and year-end financial preparations
Process rent payments and issue tenant invoices
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in administrative and/or bookkeeping roles
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in property management or real estate is an asset
Other Requirements:

High school diploma required; college-level education in bookkeeping, business administration, or office management is an asset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
In-person availability Monday–Friday
