• Min work experience: 3 years.
Ayurvedic Treatment centre chain. We are looking for a dynamic and efficient receptionist admin assistant who will multi-task various tasks at the front desk.
• Well-equipped with google spreadsheet Microsoft word, Excel, advance computer skills.
- Addressing new case inquires.
- Giving appointments for the new case and follow-ups.
- Giving appointments for all the doctors as per their schedule.
- To explain to the patients how to take medicines.
- Receiving fees from the patients and reminding patients of due payments.
- Daily tallying of income received, mode of payment and pending payments.
- Managing petty cash of the clinic and accounting for the expense.
- Maintaining monthly & daily report Excel sheets for the consultation done by all the doctors.
- Monthly reporting of new cases and follow-ups done by all doctors.
- Monthly reporting of new case inquiries and conversions happened.
- Calling drop-out patients.
- Looking after the upkeep and overall management of Doctor’s Private clinic.

• Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
