Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or QuickBooks
Assist with filing, document management, and proofreading correspondence for accuracy and clarity
Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks related to office operations
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff
Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and organize office calendars
Handle administrative support tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
Attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and document management
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
