Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk, located in Bhiwani. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing administrative assistance, managing phone calls, maintaining records, and performing clerical duties. The role demands effective communication with staff, visitors, and external agencies, as well as supporting executives with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Clerical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
