Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Muzaffarpur. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing routine clerical tasks, managing administrative duties, handling phone calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with their administrative needs. The role may involve ensuring the smooth operation of office systems and performing other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proven ability in handling phone calls and exhibiting professional Phone Etiquette
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization and document management
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office is a plus
• Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site office environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Strong multitasking and time management skills with attention to detail
