Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, developing and maintaining accurate records and reports, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (optional)
