**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to fill the role of Administration Coordinator in our Christchurch office. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical administrative support to our Veterinarians, ensuring the smooth operation of our functions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using information technology, including the MS Office suite. You will also possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently within a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to Veterinarians, including preparing export certificates and other documentation

Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including pet owners, government agencies, and internal teams

Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including responding to queries and providing technical advice

Supporting the development of internal quality systems and maintaining local procedures
