WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a member of the Retail team, the Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our shops and staff are ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll be the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps schedules aligned, records accurate, and processes flowing.
Collaborate with leaders to prepare and maintain employee schedules in the scheduling system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for timekeeping and scheduling, including verifying, and editing daily time and attendance records.
Collaborate with leadership to develop, update, and standardize departmental SOPs, and organize and maintain SOPs for accuracy and accessibility.
Support administrative processes related to onboarding, time and attendance, scheduling, payroll, inventory adjustment, product warranty, online shopping platforms, ad-hoc reporting and other assigned administrative responsibilities.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
A background in administrative support, workforce scheduling and timekeeping management including the use of scheduling software.
Problem solving, attention to detail and accuracy including verifying, editing, and record management.
Strong communication skills.
