Job Title-Administrative Executive

Job Location-Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Ensure office upkeep and maintenance to provide a seamless working environment.

• Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems and records (physical and digital).

• Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash transactions and maintain detailed reporting.

• Attendance & Leave Tracking: Manage attendance records and monitor leave balances for the team.

• Support Staff Management: Supervise office boys, drivers, and housekeeping staff.

• Compliance Management:

• Ensure adherence to all legal and company compliance requirements.

• Manage workmen's compensation, ESIC, and mediclaim insurance for employees.

• Asset Management:

• Oversee office assets and manage AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

• Conduct asset tagging and maintain detailed records.

• Utility Payments: Manage timely payment of all utility bills.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stocks of uniforms, stationery, pantry supplies, and other inventories.

• Pantry Management: Ensure pantry supplies are well-stocked and the space is functional.

• Travel Arrangements: Handle travel and ticketing for employees and leadership as required.

• Event Coordination: Organize office events, celebrations, and festival activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Adept at email communication and WhatsApp reporting.

• Experienced in using e-commerce sites and apps to enhance productivity.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.

• Knowledgeable about AI tools (an added advantage).

The role involves managing a team of 20 professionals and supporting the smooth functioning of the office.
