Job Role - Administrative Manager
• Serve like a general manager, overseeing various aspects of clinic operations including front-office management, accounts receivable/payable, facility management pharmacy inventory, and procurement.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Implement effective administrative processes and systems to streamline clinic operations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and manage budgeting for the clinics.
• Manage inventory levels in the pharmacy, ensuring availability of necessary medications and supplies.
• Collaborate with the veterinary staff to ensure a seamless workflow and efficient clinic operations.
• Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively liaise with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in handling accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Familiarity with facility management and inventory control practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Flexibility to work between the Nungambakkam and Ambattur clinics as required.
