We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee all aspects of administration within our EdTech company.

The role requires effective management of office facilities, hostels (if applicable), day-to-day administrative tasks, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for student and parent inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for students and provide guidance on facilities, policies, and services.

• Coordinate with academic and counseling teams to address student-related issues effectively.

• Organize orientation programs, student engagement activities, and parent-teacher interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an administrative role within the education or EdTech industry.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
