Administrative Manager (Work From Home)
Company Overview:
We are a growing residential cleaning company dedicated to providing excellent service and building long-term client relationships. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and support our daily operations.
Position: Part - Time, Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM, hours are slightly flexible
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and send quotes to prospective clients
Schedule client appointments and manage calendar efficiently
Coordinate with staff on availability and job assignments
Handle client concerns in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Contribute to company growth through proactive communication and support
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling phone calls and client inquiries
Experience in scheduling or administrative work is an asset
Computer proficiency and familiarity with online scheduling tools
