This is a full-time role for an Administrative Office Assistant at Techinnova Industrial Services located in Al- Jubail city of Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing office operations, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to the team.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Driving licence
