Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Provide finance assistance with data entry, receipting and end of day banking
Process uniform sales, stocktake and purchasing
Process and maintain specialised health records
Generate Work Area Access Permits (WAAP's) and assist arriving contractors
Work independently, exercising professional discretion while adhering to departmental policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support as directed by the Leadership Team
Key register updates
Assist with day-to-day front office duties including filing, responding to emails and phone requests from families and staff.

We are looking for a motivated and approachable Administration Officer to join our team, providing professional and welcoming support.
An understanding of the impacts of disability on life and learning is critical in this role. You would be part of a strong school culture where there is a firm belief in The Calamvale Way.
The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player who can manage multiple responsibilities, stay focused in a busy environment, and has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office and general computer systems is essential. Experience with OneSchool or previous work in a school setting would be highly regarded.
