About the role:
Operating within School Operations , the Student Services Officer is responsible for providing student services support for students enrolling on campus. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the National School of Education (NSE) Course Administration Team, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Course Co-ordinators and Lecturers in Charge, the Faculty Office and the Student and Administration directorate, to provide students a customer-centric student experience throughout their journey at ACU

Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to elig ible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
