YCA Recycling is seeking a part-time Admin account Officer to join our team and work 20-24 hours per week Mon-Fri to start immediately. In this role, you will be providing your most valuable administrative experience to support our organisation's daily operation. School hours applicants welcome.
Job duties
Answering phone calls and replying emails for customer queries
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation
Invoice data entry
fortnighly Payroll duties, superannuation, work cover
Reconciling AUD USD bank accounts daily, credit cards, petty cash
AUD and USD FX rate
Provide support to the Business Manager during tender and audit
Maintaining office supplies & staff amenities
Preparing BAS, PAYG and EOFY reporting to Accountant
What is our expectation on you
minimum 3-5 years admin experience in MYOB & Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Time managment and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail under pressure
Strong customer service skills -phone, email and face to face
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
Familiar with export sales and shipping documents
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
Flexible start/finish times and work days
Work 20-24 hours per week
