Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Facility Supervision: Coordinate with Building Management Services, Security, Housekeeping, Catering and Cafeteria Management, Printing & Stationery, Executive Assistance, Pantry Services, and other administrative cells to ensure seamless operations.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with building authorities for prompt resolution of issues.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable statutory requirements.
• Crisis Management: Effectively manage situations like fire drills, transport arrangements during heavy rains, medical arrangements in emergencies, and ISO Audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A postgraduate or MBA or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses.
• 8-10 years' experience preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of job description, good stakeholder management, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
