Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant/PA to Directors for SDM Ductwork Ltd at our offices in Canvey Island. The role involves providing personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, and general office administrative support on a daily basis.
Duties include:
• Labour returns
• Invoice checking
• Day to day labour reports
• Contract collating
• Collating spreadsheets
Role Requirements
• Personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, and general office administrative assistance skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
