MJL Mortgages – Is an established financial Services company based in Exeter; specialising in providing mortgages and protection advice to the general public.
We are currently looking to recruit an office administrator to work alongside and assist the director.
What we need from you:
- Good written and verbal communication skills with high level of attention to detail
- Previous experience within an office environment
- Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong ability to organise and motivate.
- Works well in a team environment
- Can work under pressure
The main responsibilities of the role would include:
- Providing general administrative support
- Managing and maintaining the back office system with accuracy
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Liaising with clients and third party providers.

- Salary scale from £22,500 - £27,500 (FTE)
