Administrative Services Coordinator
We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Pacific Center - Migration Services. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various client contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, reviewing, and updating contracts with suppliers, buyers, and delivery contractors.
Negotiating terms with suppliers, buyers, and delivery contractors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Tracking contract terms and resolving any issues or inquiries from vendors, customers, or delivery services.
Monitoring and managing delivery schedules to ensure vegetables and fruits arrive on time and meet quality standards as per contract terms.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of operations, services, and activities of negotiations and contract compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
