Our longstanding and well-known Portland client seeks an energetic and proactive Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support various teams and departments, providing administrative support, managing social media, and assisting with e-commerce operations
This role is perfect for a motivated individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their skills across different functions
This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon working normal business hours
Administrative & Social Media Assistant Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including meeting notes, follow-ups, calendar management, and other day-to-day tasks
Manage meeting logistics, such as room reservations and equipment setup
Assist in processing AR/AP transactions and perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and managing mail for all companies
Perform light bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain organized records in Excel
Work with the social media team to create and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and grow the online community
Navigate shared folders to contribute to building best practices
Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and the garden center
Edit images and videos to align with marketing strategies and brand aesthetics
Assist the Operations and E-commerce managers in managing the e-commerce platform
Help develop strategies to improve the online shopping experience and align with sales goals

Our longstanding and well-known Portland client seeks an energetic and proactive Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support various teams and departments, providing administrative support, managing social media, and assisting with e-commerce operations.
