The Opportunity:
The role of the Administrative Specialist is pivotal within KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions (ADSS), providing administrative support for our Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
There are two (2) positions available:
x1 full time, permanent
x1 full time, fixed term (12 months)
These roles can be based in either Canberra (preferred) or Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
Management of senior leadership calendars
Preparation and organisation of travel requirements
Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential information
Provide administrative support during meetings
Manage monthly credit card, reimbursements, and timesheet approvals.
Work closely with the broader administration team for ADSS
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or complex administrative position.
Ability to manage multiple senior-level executive leaders and build strong relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and exhibits high emotional intelligence
