The Ministry of Social Services, Prince Albert, requires responsible, skilled, and confident individuals who will provide administrative support to Child and Family Programs, Community Living Services, and other programs as required.
You will be responsible for duties such as operating computers and office equipment; entering and retrieving data using various software programs; keeping records and retrieving or searching files; receiving, sorting, or distributing mail, and uploading documentation; and providing reception services and general program information.

Your knowledge of applicable computer hardware/software applications and terminology, and your ability to accurately compose and/or edit a variety of correspondence, will contribute to your success in this challenging position.
The positions require the physical ability to lift files, boxes, and supplies. You may be required to stand, reach, crouch, and kneel while filing for extended periods of time.
Typically, the knowledge required for this position would have been gained through the completion of a high school diploma, and a post-secondary office/administration diploma or equivalent, as well as previous experience providing administrative support.
