The Highway Traffic Board, within The Ministry of Justice, is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work in the Regina office to provide comprehensive clerical/phone support. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills with a keen sense to detail. As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as photo copiers and facsimiles; enter and retrieve data using various software programs; maintain files and records and retrieve and search files for information; receive, sort and distribute mail; and provide reception services and general program information.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive clerical support by typing letters, reports, taking minutes and photocopying. Our candidate of choice will be a creative and energetic individual who enjoys using their senior secretarial skills.
