Administrative Support Professional
About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of safe patient care and consumer experience within the Mental Health Service at Rockingham Peel Group (RkPG). The successful applicant will be responsible for managing Health Information Systems (HIS), policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide high-quality customer service and support to patients, families, and staff.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong understanding of health information systems and policies.
