Job Description
As an Administrative Support Specialist at John Monash Science School, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including reception duties, data maintenance, accounts receivable and payable, and first aid.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
Assist with the preparation of school events and activities
Support teachers and staff with general tasks and administrative duties
Manage distribution of school email, letters, and packages
Perform first aid as required and assist with check and restock of school first aid kits/supplies
Requirements:
Proven experience in administration and customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
