Administrative and Operations Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Tuition Service at Educators Wales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various administrative tasks, including financial processes, organizational duties, and providing support to senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative assistance to the senior management team in planning and developing support services
Developing systems to support person-centred planning and IDP processes
Liaising with examination and accreditation bodies to submit student entries
Dealing with queries from parents, carers, and the general public in a polite and efficient manner
The role reports directly to the Head of Alternative Learning.
