Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as an Executive Assistant to our Managing Director. This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book travel, handle expense reports, and oversee office supply logistics.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders; draft and manage official correspondence and communications.
• Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects, including research, data analysis, and presentations.
• Office & Information Management: Maintain organized office operations, manage digital/physical files, and ensure seamless flow of information.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners; assist in event planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Time & Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively for both self and the executive, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Customer Service: Represent the executive office with professionalism, offering top-tier support and service to all stakeholders.
