Medical Affairs manages the areas of healthcare administration that are specific to physicians and other AHS practitioners.
The Calgary Zone Medical Affairs team has over 3600 Medical staff to support the healthcare of million Albertans. As the Administrative Support VI / Float Program Administrator, you are responsible for the operational administration of coverage for all training programs within the Medical Affairs portfolio.
The role requires strong administrative support skills, careful judgement and active knowledge of priorities and current issues to be successful.
Superior communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage and resolve complex and confidential situations where the impact of error could be high.
Description :
As an Administrative Support VI, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications :
Completion of post-secondary education ( diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification).
Additional Required Qualifications : Preferred Qualifications :
Recent, relevant experience in One45, Peoplesoft, CaRMS, T-RES and Sharepoint. Previous experience as a program administrator is a strong asset.
